Venue TV service from Fred Web Systems LLC, doing business as Ads Extreme. These terms apply when you accept them for a new Ads Extreme TV subscription. Existing separately agreed manual arrangements remain unchanged unless you expressly agree to a change.
1. Your Venue TV service
Your subscription includes five independently editable channels on unlimited physical TVs. Multiple TVs can show the same channel without a per-TV surcharge. Hardware is separate. Additional independent-channel purchases are not currently available at checkout.
You manage your channel content through your customer dashboard. Supply content and branding you have permission to use, keep your login details private, and do not publish unlawful material.
2. Pricing and setup
The service is $99 per month, plus a $149 one-time setup fee. The first month and setup have a base total of $248 before tax. Any applicable tax is shown before you submit payment.
We confirm the setup scope, including agreed branding and first-slide work, with you before work begins. Hardware, onsite installation, custom video and other creative assets are included only when expressly agreed in a separate written scope or quote.
3. Monthly renewal
Your subscription renews monthly at $99, plus any applicable tax shown before payment, until you cancel. The billing schedule is shown in secure checkout. Payment processing does not authorize a change to an existing separately agreed customer arrangement.
4. Cancellation and access
Cancel through the available billing controls or contact us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. Your paid access continues through that period; cancellation does not start another paid term.
When paid coverage ends, service access ends. Cancellation does not automatically delete your stored content, media or account history. Contact us about content access or deletion; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Refund policy
Setup before work begins. If you cancel before setup work starts, the $149 setup fee is refundable in full.
Setup after work begins. We refund the portion of the setup fee covering work that has not been performed. We provide an itemized explanation of the work performed and the refund calculation.
Monthly service. Cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the already-paid period. We do not automatically prorate or refund used subscription time, except where required by applicable law or to correct a billing error.
Duplicate or incorrect charges. Contact us for review. Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Refunds require review and are not automatically issued when you cancel. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or any refund required by applicable law.
